Why Forex EAs often Fail?

Note that we said often, not always. This is due to the fact that almost all Forex Expert Advisors are using multiple indicators to determine entry and exit points whilst Forex market conditions are dynamic and changing all the time. In the worst scenario in a single day if the market turns out to be consolidating, we have to take a breakeven. In such a case no profit is made during that day, but no loss either. Our trading system is best suited for trending market conditions; however it can also be used during consolidations.

Yes we are using an automated trading system to make a minimum of 10% profit per month or over 120% a year, and we believe this is the best way to managed all of our forex managed account clients. However bear in mind that our automated trading system is not indicator based as we all know it will fail soon or later. Our forex ea is based on price action and is backed by RCA (Reverse Cost Average), therefore no matter where the market is going we will always be on the winning side everyday.

We also have an automated EA with a very low risk setting thus resulted to a very low drawdown. We applied so many security features and filter in it to ensure margin safety and takes trades with the best set-up only. Having six independent EA modules adds even more flexibility and strength to the system. Advanced 2-Stage Defense Against Draw-down

Depending on the currency pair being traded, the money management has been configured in such a way that isolated losses are remedied by a single win. Most often than not this is enough to maintain the account in profit and out of a state of draw-down.

However, in time when this is not enough and a preset number of trades close while still in a draw down, then the second line of defense against draw-down is activated. In this level 2 alert mode, the EA changes the way it places orders altogether to set up larger winners. This change allows winning trades to grow much larger than the average loss.
